Introducing the foamGUN PRO
For decades, the humble trigger spray has relied on one small, unpaid member of staff. Here’s what happens when you finally let it retire.
Nobody counts the squeezes. That’s rather the point. Every squirt from a trigger spray is powered by a hand, and that hand is attached to a person who has another eleven washrooms to get through before lunch.
We’ve accepted this for so long that it stopped looking like a design decision. It is one. And the foamGUN PRO, made by Hagleitner in Austria, is what it looks like when someone decides differently.
The battery takes the shift.
The foamGUN PRO makes its foam electrically. There is nothing to pump and nothing to plug in. You aim, it foams. The work your hand used to do now belongs to a rechargePOWER hybrid battery, which is good for up to 45 one-litre bottles on a single charge.
It’s replaceable, too, so a long session doesn’t end when the charge does. And if you already use Hagleitner XIBU, you’ll recognise it: it’s the same battery.
Gravity is not on your side.
Spray liquid on a wall and it immediately sets off for the floor, usually before it has done anything useful. So you spray again. And again. Cleaning a vertical surface with a trigger spray is a race against physics that physics tends to win.
Foam doesn’t run. It holds on to tiles, glass and steel, which gives the cleaner time to actually loosen the dirt. Less going back over the same patch. Less product heading for the drain unused.
White is the new done.
A clear liquid on a shiny surface is very good at hiding where it’s been. Foam isn’t. It’s white, so you can see exactly what’s covered and what’s been missed. No guesswork, no “did I do that bit?”
The fan nozzle spreads it evenly over a wide area, and it turns smoothly from wet to dry to suit the surface. Put it all together and you’re covering up to 20 m² in a minute. A trigger spray covers one squirt at a time.
Bring your own bottle.
New equipment usually comes with a quiet catch: new consumables to match. Not here. The QUICK CHANGE adaptor fits foamGUN PRO-ready products and any bottle with a standard 28/400 thread, which is very likely the bottle already on your trolley.
In the box: the gun, the QUICK CHANGE adaptor, the rechargePOWER hybrid battery and a USB charging adaptor. That’s the whole list.
One gun, most of the building.
The foamGUN PRO isn’t a specialist that lives in one cupboard. Swap the bottle and it moves on to the next room on the list.
And while we’re retiring things…
Measuring cleaner by eye has had a good run, too. Fill your bottle from a Hagleitner dosing system and it comes out ready to use, mixed to the right strength. Clip on the foamGUN PRO and start foaming, with every bottle mixed the same as the last.
That’s how much surface one multiFILL cartridge for the integral 2GO can foam. Or, put another way, almost the entire outside of The Shard. We don’t recommend trying.
The short version.
Less squeezing. Less re-spraying. Less guessing. The foamGUN PRO doesn’t ask your team to clean harder; it quietly removes the parts of the job that were never really cleaning in the first place.
Your trigger finger has earned it.
Give your hand the day off.
Tell us what you clean and where, and we’ll help you work out whether the foamGUN PRO is right for you and which products to pair it with.
