- Cut the volume of single use products and packaging in our value chain by 65% by 2027.
- Deliver product innovations to allow 100% Chemical-free, Zero-to-landfill, Zero carbon cleaning contract delivery.
Social
- Donate 1% of revenue to charities and social causes.
- Support local and national charities and volunteer organisations with at least 1 day of volunteer time per person per year.
- Invest 5% of annual salaries to invest into career & personal development training for all staff.
Governance
- Foremost will enhance our reporting procedures give visibility of supply chain audit data across all goods & services to stakeholders by 2026.
- Be a real living wage employer and drive real living wage practices up the supply chain.
- Utilise ESG governance structure, including the executive board, that ensures successful implementation of the ESG roadmap across the business.
