When you place your order, it doesn’t just disappear into the darkness until the goods (hopefully) arrive.
Every order, placed by any method, will be visible on your company’s portal - with live status updates and delivery times for orders out for delivery, and photo PODs to see exactly what was delivered, to where, for previous orders.
And if there are any problems, We call you first. If something is out of stock, a delivery is delayed, or there’s a difficulty with delivering – we’ll discuss it with you and agree on a timescale or alternative that works for you.
Your clients don’t deserve to be let down just because your supplier didn’t care enough.
