Behind the scenes, it was a process of constant improvement: listening to feedback, tweaking features, and making sure the platform was intuitive, reliable, and built to support customers day to day. Every decision was made with one question in mind – does this make life easier?

Seeing Quantum move from concept to a live platform customers can log into, use, and rely on has been incredibly rewarding. And the best part? This is only the starting point. Quantum has been built to grow, evolve and adapt – and we’re excited to keep building on it alongside our customers.

We unveiled a refreshed brand and a redesigned website that truly reflect who we are today. Confident, modern, and customer-focused, the new look is more than a visual update – it’s a clearer expression of our purpose and values.

Every detail has been carefully considered to ensure the experience feels intuitive, approachable, and unmistakably Foremost. Quantum Takes the Stage at The London Cleaning Show 2025

One of the real highlights of the year was the official launch of Quantum at The Manchester Cleaning Show 2025 – and honestly, it felt like the perfect place to do it. Surrounded by customers, partners, and industry peers, we finally got to bring months of hard work out into the open and show what Quantum can really do.

Launching at such a key industry event gave us the chance to have real conversations, see reactions first-hand, and hear immediate feedback. The buzz around the stand, the questions, the demos – it all confirmed that Quantum is solving genuine challenges and opening up smarter ways of working.

What made it even more special was seeing people connect the dots so quickly: how Quantum simplifies processes, improves visibility, and puts better control back in customers’ hands. The momentum didn’t stop when the show doors closed either – it carried on long after, sparking follow-up conversations and setting the tone for what Quantum will continue to become.

We set down roots in Manchester

Opening our Manchester warehouse was a huge milestone for us – and one we’d been looking forward to for a long time. With more space and a strategic location in the North, it’s helped us get products to customers faster and more reliably across the UK.

But it’s not just about square footage. The new warehouse has transformed how we work day to day, giving us the flexibility to hold more stock, move orders more smoothly, and respond quicker when customers need us. It’s already making a real difference behind the scenes and for the people we work with.

Most importantly, it gives us a strong northern base to grow from, bringing us closer to customers and setting us up for what’s next. More stock, smarter logistics, and a team that can move at pace – what’s not to like?
