Why use an anti microbial coating? Surely nothing replaces the need for regular cleaning? You're quite right, nothing does replace the need for regular cleaning, the purpose of this coating is to give additional protection in between the cleaning cycle. It's a supplement not a replacement.
In order to validate the effectiveness you can also get a test kit which enables you to check if the product is still active.
Dilutes 5:1, one 5 litre bottle covers approx 1000 sq metres
